PATHWAYS FOR SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT FOR WOMEN AND YOUTH IN ETHIOPIA
This project mainly engaged in contributing to increasing of formal youth employment in decent work in Addis Ababa through tailored technical, vocational and educational training .

A diverse and strong civil society that influence urban governance and development processes and contribute to making cities safe and inclusive for young women and men.
COMBATING CHILD MARRIAGE
Due to economic opportunities and cultural value, marriage was predominantly conducted through traditional cultural customs rather than through a civil marriage in Amhara area. Marriage is a socially approved and legitimate means of establishing a family in the area.
WOMEN VOICE AND LEADERSHIP
This project is aimed at incapacitating young women and men from various community based organizations in the areas of gender, leadership, sexual and reproductive health rights, violence prevention and access to decent work.
DANIDA Urban Refugee Project in Addis Ababa
Ensure that the most vulnerable urban refugees in Addis Ababa have their critical needs met, resilience build and grow up in safe communities to resist the continuous shocks of conflict, displacement, and climate change.
Primary and Pre- Primary Education Program
Construct, renovate primary and Pre-primary schools and provide educational material to various beneficiaries.
Young girls education Support
Support young girls in supplying with sanitary and educational materials and creating opportunities in scholarship as well as tutorials.
Vocational skills training
Provided vocational training to high school youngsters who are unable to join their higher learning institutions.
Entrepreneurship training
Tailored an entrepreneurship training to boys and girls across regions.
Safe and inclusive cities project
Working to make the community safe and support the youth groups to prevent violence and create access to economic opportunity the project has made the following contributions.
