Building Capacity for Sustainability: ECD Staff Training

Ethiopian Center for Development (ECD) took a significant step towards strengthening its program sustainability through a two-day training on project proposal writing and resource mobilization, conducted for its staff on September 3&4. The training focused on enhancing the skills of ECD personnel and equipped them with the necessary tools to craft compelling proposals and secure funding for impactful projects. Participants engaged in practical exercises and insightful discussions, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deeper understanding of the essential elements of successful proposal writing.
